I booked my ute in February for a July trip from Darwin to Brisbane, trying to do the right thing. Turns out it probably won't be leaving for a whole month after drop off date. I wish I had read some of the reviews on here and other places before booking. I now find out that cars are only booked once they arrive on site. Very helpful, friendly n easy to deal without.
They were late in delivering my car and they damaged one of my tyres and rim. The car came in a very dirty and ‘used’ condition. Many small gadgets went missing. Contacted them but they would not accept and help. I have to pay another fortune to repair my car. This company is run by narcissists and would never ever recommend them to anyone.
