DO NOT USE this company. They do not care about their customers. They take your money and run. I tried to contact them to ask a question about a bus I had booked from Quebec City to Sherbrooke but no reply and the phone number listed does not exist. . In the end I decided to not risk the journey using their bus and went on the train instead. Did not get a refund and cost me $80.
They overbook our trip and left us 9h in the middle of nowhere We had reservations They lied and said the driver offered us to be reimbursed. They were also late. Choose any other company
