J’aurais mis 0 étoile si c’était possible. Les autobus sont systématiquement en retard. La moitié du temps, c’est un petit véhicule pour personnes à mobilité réduite qui est utilisé, même pour des trajets à longue distance. Aucune climatisation, aucun entretien visible des véhicules. La compagnie "La Québécoise" ne se gare même pas dans l’aire prévue pour les autocars — l’emplacement change tous les jours, sans aucune indication. Drove on the 401 right besides one of their company busses and the driver cut me off and almost caused an accident. Then 5 mins later he cuts off another person. The driver signals for 1 second then makes the switch in bumper to bumper traffic. In a bus full of People…. Unbelievable

canceled our bus an hour after the bus should have been at the station, did not send any email or texts to tell us , we had to find out on the website an hour after. Never called any of us back to tell us what to do since we were stranded.
