I purchased a 1966 Mustang GT Convertible in Houston, TX and needed it to be delivered to Maryland. Auto Box Express was recommended for this job so I hired them. The delivery time was reasonable and the delivery fee was, too. Paul was the driver and he seemed like a very nice and competent driver. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because Paul said the radio antenna was rubbing on the roof of the trailer (my car was loaded onto the second level) so he removed it and laid it on the passenger side floor. Very happy with this carrier, they moved my car 1,400 miles and it arrived in perfect condition. The driver also frequently gave me updates along the way and was very friendly on the phone and during unloading

I recently purchased a vehicle out of state in which the dealership utilizes Autobox Express. At first everything seemed to be going as planned however when it came time to pick up the vehicle from the dealership I was told by the shipping company that they would need to postpone delivery as the driver hit their max hours. I had already taken time off work for the day that the vehicle was supposed to arrive then find out it would need to be postponed again an extra day.
