Did not pay damages from truck accident for my car in spite of letters and receipts being sent to company. Driver assured us that damage would be paid by company! Lies! Do not trust!!
Tire off the rim , driver was fully unaware. Extremely dangerous and shame on this company for not doing proper circle checks.

First of all, their dispatch service is a complete disaster — disorganized, unprofessional, and often unreachable when you need them the most. Their trucks are constantly breaking down, and the maintenance is clearly neglected. On top of that, they have no sense of urgency or responsibility when it comes to fixing the issues.If that wasn’t enough, the payment delays are outrageous.
