Horrible experience! Ive rented almost 10 cars from Mohammad in the past but this time it was a disaster from the start. The vehicle had very less gas. While I was returning the car, Mohammad was unhelpful as when I asked him to refund the amount for the extra gas I had to leave in the car he said he will try getting the refund. On top of that, they charged me 40$ extra from my card without asking me for a false late return charge and now Mohammad stopped replying to my texts/calls. Totally unprofessional.
