Had a 5 star review at first. after checking it over the first time at the shop and they missed a bunch of stuff like cutting my wires to coolant sensor and other wires clean off and crash bar 3-4 inches off still. Then my headlights weren’t supposed to be installed just the crash bar and fix the fender gaps . Very unprofessional and poor communication. I was told to drop off my truck early in the morning and I would receive it within 4-5 hours or by the end of the day. My truck did not get worked on until 3pm that day. I was calling throughout the day for updates. I told the tech at 2pm that I would like a refund since my truck wasn't being worked and I needed my truck to go to work (paying out of pocket). He told to me wait until the boss comes in since he could not authorize refund and he would tell the boss to call me. He call... read more
