Very unprofessional and poor communication. I was told to drop off my truck early in the morning and I would receive it within 4-5 hours or by the end of the day. My truck did not get worked on until 3pm that day. I was calling throughout the day for updates. I told the tech at 2pm that I would like a refund since my truck wasn't being worked and I needed my truck to go to work (paying out of pocket).
