Good place for WOF
Good and quick service
Came in to check a warning light and tires. They quoted us $900 for 2 tires, a wheel alignment, and a puncture repair. A few other mechanics quoted $400-$500. As for the warning light, they said $50 for diagnostics, then charged $100 after it was done, and they gave multiple POSSIBILITIES as to why the light MIGHT be on, so no clear diagnosis. On top of that, the woman at the front was very rude and intense. Maybe it was just a bad day for her, but from other reviews it looks pretty consistent.
Disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. Had a pre-purchase inspection done here (not by my choice) on a car that passed a WOF just a month earlier — and it failed. I was told it was “unsafe” due to my lowering springs, which multiple other mechanics later confirmed were fully compliant with VIRM guidelines. The springs are seated correctly, unmodified, and don’t require straps or ties to hold them in — nothing unsafe at all.
