I thought my shipping experience would be smooth but the driver was very rude and unprofessional.. when I told this driver issue to an agent (she) was like "WoW" he's best driver bla bla.. sounds like don't complain. better yet she tried to mock at me.. instead of ok we'd fix sry for the inconvenience, she was unprofessional..
