5 Stars all day long! My wife and I were on our way to Vegas when we blew a front C/V axle on I -15. Stranded in the middle of nowhere, Casey's recovery and repair showed up on Maps, only a mile or so away. He came and got my car, towed it to safety, then he and his daughter gave my wife and I a ride to Vegas while we waited for the part to arrive at auto zone. Very humble and modest people. We hit a rock coming through the canyon and had some metal under the car dragging on the road. We pulled over at a gas station in Littlefield and called Casey. He met us within 5 minutes and figured out the problem very quickly. We followed him to his house where we realized he had been on his way into town with his family and had dropped everything to help us. He fixed everything up and got us back on the road. Amazing service!
Casey was an absolute God send. We had car troubles in Mesquite and he happened to be in line behind us at the AutoZone and overheard what our issue was. He volunteered to help us out and we were back on the road within a few hours after thinking we could possibly be stranded in Mesquite for a few days. Very trustworthy and highly recommended for anyone who happens to have car troubles in that area.
My van broke down in Littlefield AZ. Google search found Auto Repair & Recovery. Casey came to where I was, diagnosed the problem and fixed the heater hose break. He gave me advice on how to check to make sure the fix worked. It did, I’m home and tonight I got a text from Casey making sure I got home safely. He was quick to respond and his fee was VERY reasonable.
I rarely leave reviews but I had to after Casey helped us out. Our car broke down while heading to Vegas from St. George, found Auto Repair and Recovery near little field. Casey was so nice and helpful, prices were reasonable for a tow to Mesquite. Great service!
