Folks you need to be careful what you ask for when you include "Leave us a review" link in your email signatures. Recently this organization cancelled my service (and sent me a final notice of cancellation) because of a process error or glitch on their side, that they never fully explained. They did not bother to give me a courtesy call - as a customer in good standing since 2011, I would have thought maybe I would get a call in a non-payment situation. I highly recommend to stay away from this company. Find another company, trust me. Stacy and Christy (The director) are incredibly rude people. They hang up on you if they answer at all and are terrible at getting back in a timely manner to answer any questions.. and when they do answer it is a one or two worded response. I have been trying to cancel my membership and for the past 3 months they have not sent my security deposit back.
