Ace Rental is very best in car rental . All nearby car rentals not rent to local IL Residents and that’s only told when reached there. But Ace is very transparent and friendly. Frankie specially is best in providing service and quick in process. Highly recommend it
I had a bad experience with this company. I rented at LGA. You have to call them once you are out of airport for the shuttle. It takes about 20-30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The facility is relatively far from airport, it's not with other rental car companies. They sell you a low price deal, but then try not to accept your insurance. It was a long wait and then a call with my insurance company before I got the car. Once I returned the car, the deposit was not refunded for 2 weeks. I had to call them to get my deposit... read more
The staff is helpful however bw ready to spend over an hour there. Also be sure to buy your third party collision insurance before pickup which will save you another hour. There is insufficient seats for guests and you will have to stand while waiting. There is a counter provision for 4 people butt it's mostly occupied up to 3.
Holy breath of fresh air. Every rental car experience has been defined by difficulty, high pressure, lack of knowledge from inexperienced employees. Sherman was 100% the opposite. Offered clear advice, proper upgrades, knowledgeable discussion, and friendly route instructions. Easy five stars because of an all star employee. Please thank Sherman for his kindness and thorough service. I’ll come back to this rental car depot next time I’m in Chicago!
Worst customer service in the world and when we got there they stated our car was not available. Simple stranded because of this god awful company.
