Haven't even got our car. Flight got in late. Rental place is closed. No hotels available nearby. My kids have to sleep on the floor of the airport because there is nowhere else to go. And can't get through to anyone about our reservation.
This place is not bad, I picked up the car very quick and easily dropped it off. I only had one slight inconvenience that kind of bothered me. I declined insurance because I have my own insurance. I have two cars, one mine and one I paid for but I gifted to my elderly mother and she drives it everyday. I am a truck driver and my car in a storage on comprehensive policy.
