I never heard of this until now, I was trying to rent a car & someone lied on me say I was smoking in the last vehicle I rented I don’t even smoke rated me a 3 and now I can’t rent from them anymore after putting me in a totally different vehicle then the gas saver I booked so disappointed I DONT EVEN SMOKE!!!!
Courtney was great! Will definitely book with her again, customer service was great; she had everything together and waiting for me to arrive and pick up! She answered all questions I had with no problem. Very easy to work with and helpful!!
