Just got a rental from them for a work trip. Vehicle was immaculate. Service from the office was perfect. Greatly appreciate such a smooth process.
I called to ask if my car was ready, and the response was, "Give me a $250 deposit, or I can't guarantee you a car"—without even seeing the vehicle first. I do not recommend renting here.
