lady was rude almost as if she’s racist. called before i arrived never told me couldn’t rent for 1 day ok cool i can rent for two days but since they are closed on sunday’s have to rent for the entire weekend. then proceeds to tell me that the 1 car she could rent needed brakes and in the system it said do not rent. they had 5 cars out on the lot and she supposedly could only rent 1 car because she didn’t have keys for the others because they needed service. told her I had called a uber with my daughter in the rain to get th... read more
Do not rent from them but for 1 day at a time. My car was in the shop and I explained that I may only need the car for a day. I gave myself an extra day to rent their car but didn't need it. I took the car back and they refused to refund the day I didn't need or use the car. They can't make me pay for something I did not get. They argued and would not give me my refund. Also they charge 3.99% if you don't pay in cash yet they won't refund you back in cash. They want you to take a check but charge you if you use a debit or cr... read more
