The “100% fitment guarantee” is misleading. I used their fitment tool, which confirmed the rims were compatible with my vehicle. After mounting the tires and installing the wheels, I discovered the rims contacted the brake calipers, seizing the vehicle and making it unsafe to drive. Customer service admitted they were already aware of this issue with my vehicle model and initially said they would work on a refund. This company advertised products incorrectly, failed to deliver products ordered, and then failed to issue a refund as promised. Attempts to contact the company by phone went unanswered. Buyer beware.
Poor communication Stick with grizzly trucks for faster delivery and worlds better customer service. Didn't receive an item shipped email till the item was already here. I had tried to cancel the order prior but you can only do that over the phone for some reason and could not get ahold of anyone on Friday. Not willing to work with me at all on a return, 25% re stock fee and I'd have to cover shipping. These rims took way longer than expected to arrive, even though they said in stock online. Sent wrong tires due too AMAZON bullshit. Got ripped off for $150.72. Only 3 of 4 of the correct size arrived. Still waiting on the 4th. When I complained about this they went crying to AMAZON about it. Worst buying experience ever. NEVER AGAIN I don't want to keep the tires now but if I return the 3 I got I will getting RIPPED OFF for another $150. Nice SCAM they got going!
