Customer service was exceptional. The customer service representative was very helpful.
Be careful ordering online... apparently you can order and have it sent to "carquest." When you arrive at the store to pick up your item, and car quest has it, you'll receive the response, "oh well. Happens all the time" If your system is broken, shouldn't you fix it? That's usually how business works. They never even offered to try and rectify the mistake by canceling my order and checking to see if they have one in stock still. It was just "it'll be in the morning."
