I have experienced so much rude ppl and so have 16 of my friends that I referred to a Carlot in Dallas called 1&2automotive. Apparently they bought out the company that I waz paying my car payment through and a letter was never sent out to me I spoke to them one time And I have left several messages with no reply. Which is made my car payment past due because I don't know who to pay. I do not know much about this company but what I have known for the last a month or 2 Is that someone is not doing their job correctly or professionally
These people are the worst.the ladies are very unprofessional ... i do not recommend anyone to go through here!!! Worst experience ever!!!
