Worst car servicing I have ever experienced. Unfriendly person on front desk and THEY LOST MY SERVICING BOOK FROM THE LAST 6 YEARS OF SERVICING. I now have no evidence of maintaining my car. I went back the following morning when I realised the book was not in my car. They couldn't find it and think they "accidentally put it in the skip bin" which was just emptied. I'm absolutely gutted.
