This company is very money greedy, basically scammers. I had a non-fault accident and a third party insurance company gave me a hire car. I got a penalty, and this Auto Logistics company only sent it 9 months later, the original penalty charge was £65 but they charged me additional £30 for Vehicle Supplier Admin fee and another £30 for Late Payment Penalty. Sent my details across to this company after being hit in the rear by another vehicle. They text me on bank holiday Monday, requesting images of the third parties car. On Tuesday they email to say they are closing my file as I didn’t supply an image of the third parties vehicle. I’ve got images, but I’m not obsessed with checking my phone every two minutes of the day. Had someone hit my parked car on a sunday and was worried about getting to work the next day, they had a courtesy car sorted straight away. Was lucky that the driver gave me their details and had my car back within two weeks all repaired. Very happy with the service. Rio
