I have mixed feelings about this firm. On the positive side, they were able to get a settlement in my case, and I do appreciate that outcome. However, after reviewing my settlement documents more closely, I was disappointed with how the settlement was distributed. After all fees and deductions, I received less than 20% of the total resolution, while the majority went to attorney fees. I hired Michael a few years ago when he didnt have so many different assistants and was easier to get ahold of and regret giving him a positive review then. He had charged me 2.5% or $1250 for a 23 gr supra lemon buyback when the manufacturer/dealer was responsible for his fees but he decided to be greedy and charge me. I spoke with Patrick. He started out very nice but then as soon as he got all my information. He stated they could not take on my case. No reason why. No explanation about anything. Now he can’t return a phone call or answer an email. Not sure if I got intercepted by a scammer. Sure seems fishy. I would use extreme caution before moving forward with this law firm. Very disappointed with my experience.
