Excellent Service Anywhere in Australia Call Zak such a nice man goes out of his way to help
Paid for two vehicles to be transported from WA to QLD. They were soon after unable to take one of the vehicles due to it being a non runner. The owner Natasha said they would refund me $1500 in two weeks. It has now been 6 months and no refund received, she is now ignoring phone calls and messages. The car they did transport was meant to take max 20 business days - took far longer than this.
I have made the mistake of booking my car transport from Melbourne to Gold Coast/Brisbane with this company. That is the worst decision I made and people be aware. My car has been dropped off at their depot in Truganina on 17/04/2024. I am writing this on 08/05/2024 at 12pm. That is a ridiculous amount of 22 days and I still have no idea where my car is. By the looks of it they don’t either as it didn’t ‘arrive’ in Brisbane. Last reply was you need to wait. Right after 22 days, I need to wait more. Thank you for the service!... read more
Amazing service, car was delivered from Melbourne to Perth quickly (less than a week) and before Christmas as promised! Stef was great and so easy to contact with any enquiries. Definitely recommend this car transport company:)
