Very dishonest company, highly not recommended !! Monitor your credit report, they tend to submit negative fraudulent and inflated reports. This company will ruin your credit. Currently under investigation by Ontario Auto Association. Stay away from these guys.
Just so everyone's aware; Randy is also the owner of Highway Motors, the dealership that sells the vehicle. Anyone else had to take what was given to them and not your choice of vehicle !? Also searching his name on OMVIC, will show hes a salesperson at AutoFocusCanada Inc. and the Manager of Highway Motors Inc.(identfies as Randy Leroy Wright). That's why hes able to get away with what he does.
Randy a straight shooter. Helped me when others wouldn't. Very helpful and patient to my needs. Everyone needs to keep there end of the deal. That's the bottom line. Simple... That easy....Thanks again Randy and team.
I have been dealing with auto focus for 2 years now and have had zero issues. If I had car issues Randy has offered multiple options to help us continue to drive. Yesterday I bought another vehicle through auto focus, Randy went above and beyond to make sure I was driving it this weekend. I definitely recommend this company Thanks again Randy I love the truck 😊
Worst contract I ever signed. Horrible fees. Just remember you are a paycheck to them. I should know I pay $600 a month for a buick verano. Its only 5 years though. Dont forget the $1000 dollar early buyout fee, Or the $250 missed payment fee. Oh and my $50 fee just so I can arrange payment on a another day. Please don't settle here.
