We rented a car in Poland thru Auto Europe. After returning the car, the Polish rental agency, CarWiz, charged us for supposed damages (over $500). I reached out to Auto Europe and they opened a case, and in a couple weeks we received notice that CarWiz apologized and were refunding our money. So far, so good. That was August 30. We still haven't received the refund. I have emailed and called Auto Europe multiple times, to no avail. I have sent them my credit card statements showing that no refund has been credited.
