An endless process of international calls, emails and forms to get a refund for returning the car early. RUN don’t walk to a more reliable, regular auto rental agency.
This is the worst customer service and scam I have ever dealt with for a rental car. I paid over $800 and was told that the car I paid for was not available and the insurance I paid for was not on the system but it is in my confirmation then I got a smaller cheaper car and had to pay 600 MORE at the counter. They told me it was because I paid for the car through a broker instead of through the company directly. When I called the 888 number provided, it says it is out of order.
