This is the worst “customer service” experience I’ve had with a travel booking company. My case was handled by Alex from Auto Europe’s customer service, and I was shocked at how little effort was made to defend a paying customer’s rights. I booked a Peugeot 2008 over two months in advance, prepaid USD $705. At pickup, Europcar in Milan Malpensa claimed “no car available” and offered only a much smaller Fiat 600. BE AWARE ‼️ We reserved - and paid - our car with AutoEurope two months in advance to be sure that we would get an available car for our beautiful trip to Curaçao. SURPRISE!
