I bought a 04 Tahoe. in Aug 2018 I haven't received my title yet. Jan 2019. No answers.
Never again. The lies they tell the first day my car messed up. I been waiting 36 days for them to fix the problems he said he would. I just want to give the car back!!!
Vehicles priced way about their actual value, customer service is crap, when you speak to someone over the phone and they tell you they're making a note in the computer about something best believe they didn't make the note. Always pay exactly on top, the payment is TOP priority, if it's a day late it's the same as being a month late, and when you speak to someone about it they will be rude, condescending, and just flat out ugly about it!
Never had to deal with this much blatant racism. I am very disappointed in this companies service. Before buying here try Rhodes, Jacsil, or a any other successful dealership that just want their car note on time. I had my car for a year before the transmission went out. My friend had problems with starter, rotors, electrical, and brakes all within 6 months. My uncle's car blew a head gasket after 2 months.
