Robert McDorman and the entire staff who assisted me were fantastic. From the first contact to the final settlement, Auto Claims Specialists were quick to respond - submitting everything to the insurance carrier the same day I contacted them. The carrier drug their feet the entire time unfortunately, however ACS responded to my questions/concerns promptly every time. Well worth the time and investment.
Nobody wants to deal with a vehicle wreck or total loss, but Robert and his team made the process very smooth and streamlined. Due to their efforts, I received a significant amount more then the insurance company initially offered!!! My family and I are very grateful.
