I had an awful experience with Richard and John Fegan, the owner of Auto Chlor System, along with their team, including Joy Phasond (Accounts Receivable), Robert Watson (Supervisor), and Eric (Service Tech). Their customer service was incredibly disappointing. They were rude, unprofessional, and dismissive, especially considering I’ve been a loyal customer for the past two years. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with

The owner was rude, belligerent, and treated a loyal customer of two years with complete disrespect. If zero stars were an option, that’s what they’d get. This is the worst company I’ve ever done business with.
Great service and provide value. Reliable and better than their competition. If you haven’t experienced their services, make the switch.
