This company and every employee deserves and has earned their 5-star rating. We are located on the coast and ANY time we have had an issue they have someone out immediately. We use their dish machine and chemicals, which all work exceptionally well. Beyond having great products, their biggest strength is their employees. No matter who answers the phone, does regular maintenance on the machine or assists with general customer service... they are all really great! Highly recommend this company.
