Closed Restaurant for the weekend. Posted “Closed” sign in back door as well as front door. Landlord’s workmen were authorized to perform air conditioning work while business owner and associates were not present. Auto-chlor technician, without noticed, without permission or authorization, TRESPASS into restaurant premises despite restaurant being closed. I have filed a police report under due to unlawful entrance.
The managers are hypocrites and wont help you unless your a favorite. Managers commit timecard fraud for favored employees but will accuse you of "stealing time" if you show up early to make more money for your family. Work conditions are 3rd world. Managers will also likely to ask you to forge signatures for transfer documents, and overcharge other branches by charging them for new parts when in fact they are used just to make a quota. Entire place should be shut down.
Auto Chlor has the best customer service. Their technicians and managers are very professional and always go above and beyond for us.
Jeremy and David are great leaders and there team really takes care of there customer.
Lionel is the best!
