Great team of mechanics that knows their stuff, with fair rates and pricing on parts! I purchased an ‘08 F-150 earlier last year that ran but needed a considerable amount of maintenance to be properly roadworthy, and the guys at Mile One did an excellent job restoring it! Most of the parts on the truck were the originals, and many were rusted out or fused together requiring extra labor and time, but I was never charged for more hours than what they initially quoted me over the 3 service appointments I had with them. We had a problem with the front end of our car. The guys there were great. One of them picked my wife up and took her to work for 6 AM shift.
Good communication. Good service- they even helped with transportation when the work was complete. Would definitely return.
Amazing service from these folks. They're friendly and professional and know what they're doing. They're also non-profit and they donate what they can to the Church so the Church can use the money to donate back into the community. Very nice thing to do! To anyone who disagrees with them doing this because you wouldn't donate to a Church... you're terrible.
