Scam rental company. Do not rent here. I would not recommend this car rental company in Fort Lauderdale. I prepaid online thinking I had secured my rental at the advertised rate. However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was told I needed to pay nearly $700 more for “insurance” and additional fees that were never clearly disclosed during the booking process. Total Ripoff. Paid everything online. Got there, wanted additional $600 to $700 more for extra coverage. REWARE.
Worst service. No identifying decal on van for CarWiz. We ordered a mid size suv, they gave us a Toyota Corolla and said they don't have any of those(suv's) in their fleet. The van didn't have "carWiz" decal. An hour wait for van. And we only found it the second time the guy showed up was because he was asking where every one where they were going.
