I received a letter in the mail regarding refinancing my car. Before I began the process, I tried to ask if they could get me the rate quoted in the letter. The person on the phone just kept reading from her script. I asked one last time and then she hung up on me. Great way to treat a potential customer. I threw the letter in the garbage. The generic response does not explain why the company's representative would hang up on me.
They use a call center to take their calls. The individuals are not fluent with speaking or understanding simple words. They'd be better off using a computer.
Setting up my Auto Approve financing account for my Kia Forte was seamless. Not only did I get money back, but I am now paying less per month. I'm so glad I switched over from my previous bank.
