I strongly advise avoiding this place. Despite claiming to be professional therapists, the staff here appear unqualified and inattentive. My child was fully potty trained before attending, but shortly after starting here, she began having regressions and even started peeing on herself—something she hadn’t done in a long time. Don’t waste your time or your child’s time. I waited 2 weeks for a tour of the center and nobody ever got back to me. The person doing the intake Nahila never got back about the tour or to follow up on submitting paper work. There was no paperwork needed on my end they just need to submit it to insurance but it never happened. The she told me that I told her to hold off on submitting the paperwork, which I never told her that. This company ranks very low in terms of professionalism and quality of service. They are ran out of California and attempt to conduct ABA therapy in a remote environment. The technicians hired to assist my son had no special needs experience or qualifications. In terms of billing, they were very confused and processed claims wrong in a way that dragged for months.
