Our experience with ALP was extremely disappointing and concerning. The center suffers from constant staff turnover, a complete lack of structure, and staff who failed to follow my child’s care plan. There were no daily updates or follow-ups on my child's progress. The administration was disorganized, with inaccurate attendance submitted to our insurance, no dress code, and incredibly rude behavior from staff.
