Our experience was more like 0 stars. We were assigned to a BT who did not speak a word to my child during the initial few visits. Only the supervisor spoke. The supervisor passed the torch to the BT and no longer came to our appts. BT continued to not speak to our child during appts. She was not even observing our child, she was only observing her cell phone. We asked for a new BT and were denied. I’m very Happy with my kids service. Great BTs and I have an Amazing supervisor . .
TL;DR... if your BT is good, it's good. If your BT sucks change them and don't feel bad. Supervisor experience so far is bad and billing is not communicating. It is the only provider in network so we are stuck with them. We want what is best for our child so we're sticking it out and giving it a strong attempt. The supervisor does not actually supervise the BT, the communication between the BT and the supervisor is fine but the supervisor never relays what the BT has said to me.
