Submitted all of our documentation. At no point were we made aware of a “service area”. We are 25 minutes from this place and we’re looking to visit them in office - not home visits. A few days after completing the paper work I got a text from them saying they don’t service our area. So I called up to explain that we would be visiting them - they’re not visiting us. Avoid! Horrible fraudulent company. Techs stops coming without notice; no one informs us of changes. Then they send bill for ~$400 for exit paperwork! Even worse billing - their billing department is just one person!

This company does not actually use real ABA therapists in the home, they send people with barely any education and can’t speak proper English to teach your autistic child, the tech just liked to up and leave for weeks on end with no one to cover them either. This is an awful company, how do they justify sending someone to represent their company when the behavior tech isn’t even educated for more than 2 weeks of orientation, poor excuse for ABA therapy. I have called this place for the last 3 months nobody has answered I have left voicemails nobody has called me back my daughter is having a very hard time and she needs to be seen by somebody down there cuz nobody can do this up here we've had a referral sent months ago from her primary care and nobody has called us. I'm very disappointed I thought you were supposed to be here to help people
