I’ve been shopping here for approx 13 years. I originally lost around 35 lbs.. Now I continue using as Nutrisystem for maintenance. It’s perfect since my husband travels for work ,I eat Nutrisystem when he is away. Then we he’s home, I don’t feel so bad going out enjoying Happy Hours around town. It’s too easy to gain weight without staying in check.

This store is a treasure to have in our area. Unlike the online plans, you can cater your choices and customize them. It is mostly a self serve type of business. I’ve done the full month, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in years past, and this year did breakfast, lunch snack but dinner on my own. I like that flexibility. I always lose weight too.
