Took the option to have expedited repair with a premium charge (vs waiting 6-7 weeks for completion on standard pricing), Authorized then did not honor the agreement and blamed the carrier. Carrier kept delivering 2hrs before location opened but it's hard to belive this was a legitimate issue they couldn't do anything about considering they've been in business for a decade or more and also the fedex location was less than a five minute drive away and fedex offers an option to easily pick up shipments that are missed. Excellent service from Matt. I had a camera that needed a repair on the lens. Service was competed next day and cost was extremely fair.
Had a PHENOMENAL experience here. Cannot recommend it enough, the lens snapped in half (and I ended up losing a piece) from my digital camera. limited edition, couldn’t replace it, but didn’t want to put it out of commission. These guys are the real deal. Fixed with perfect communication, refurbished everything, got it all up and working, properly sorted. 11/10. Cannot thank them enough. Angels work here and I mean it.
