I cannot recommend Ashley of Authentic You Hypnosis enough. She provided me with a solution based approach to problems I was experiencing. Ashley is both professional and compassionate! I cannot thank her enough.
Ashley is a wonderful support and person in general. She helped my daughter with general anxiety through the use of hypnosis and equipped her with the tools to continue therapy independently once their sessions were complete. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend!
Ashley has helped me extremely through my difficulties dealing with OCD. Even with certain things I wasn’t even consciously aware of. Her services are very well done and she did an amazing job making sure I felt comfortable. Highly recommend!!
