Excellent customer service and lovely space to try out a variety of chairs. Jason was very kind and knowledgeable to advise on the variety and difference of chairs. Very happy and purchased a chair here and would recommend if you're looking for a good quality chair for home or office. They also support servicing if needed in the future which gives me peace of mind.
Nice guy but when I went there it took about 2 hours to buy the chair. The constant back and forth talking to the owner on the phone. I also have no receipt or invoice for the 2k chair. Followed up multiple times times but no response. Seems dodgy as.
Terrific location for trying out a broad range of office chairs before committing to one (I did so for a full two hours). The staff are remarkably knowledgeable and sincere about all facets of their products, right down to manufacturing quirks — something I didn't see discussed anywhere in the extensive research I did prior. Took home a Herman Miller Mirra 1 with all new parts they custom ordered and assembled, which wasn't even on my radar before I visited and spent time in it. (Served by Jason)

I went in to buy a Tolomeo lamp and could not be happier! the staff were really kind and helpful and the lamp is perfect.
