Update: Reached out after response on this review, initial message got a reply quite quickly, but after supplying the information that was asked, went radio silence once again. Followed up two more times about 2 weeks apart. Nothing. TLDR: Great sales experience, terrible post sales service. This is a bit of a belated review. Had a great experience coming here. Bought a Generation Knoll ergonomic chair from Robert at a big discount and many accessories, all being basically new quality. He also helped me fix my Zody chair, which I'm very grateful for. This is one of the most comforting and inviting places I've experienced and been to.
