We used Authement Transportation for our wedding and had an absolute blast! My father-in-law coordinated it all and had great things to say about the ease of the process. While the bus was in transit to the wedding to take us back to our hotel, it broke down but the company was so well prepared they sent out a second bus for us and had it in the parking lot before we ever exited! We booked this company for a one time transfer last weekend. We were promised a limo bus for 30 of our wedding guest to get back safely to the hotel after the wedding. The driver showed up 1 hour late!!! Half the guest had to scramble to find rides including the bride and groom. Half waited and took the only ride available 1 hour later. So disappointed and unprofessional. Would not hire this company if you want a dependable ride.

Ordered a black limo and limo bus for my daughter’s wedding 10 months in advance. A dirty, hot, smoke filled white limo showed up late and a 12 passenger van . Neither vehicle was what I ordered. Some of the wedding party had to stand. I was disgusted having to put my beautiful daughter in her wedding dress in that stinky limo but I had no choice. I would never recommend this company.
