The job by the assembly guy was excellent…. The trampoline is a few years old but he managed to make it look new again with parts that were worse for wear
AVOID!!!!! Appalling service. I booked Auswide through IKEA directly to install 4 basic wardrobe cabinets to be installed. The installers turned up as scheduled and brought all the boxes etc up to commence work, I then left them to it. Without saying anything they just left. I called Auswide several times and my husband got a very rude callback from their Manager Gavin who basically said that they didn’t have the instructions so they left and he was very unapologetic and to date I have not heard back from them. Andrew was on time, easy to communicate and arrange timing etc,,explained the job well where needed .did the great job .
Had our Vuly swing set assembled by Auswide and I swear the guy was part ninja. In just over 2 hours, it was up, level, and ready to go – meanwhile, I’d still be out there 7 hours later crying into an Allen key. Super professional, fast, and clearly knew what he was doing. Highly recommend if you value your time, sanity, and not losing parts in the grass. Will 100% use them again!
We recently had a new trampoline installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team did a fantastic job- quick but thorough and everything was left neat and tidy. I highly recommend this company.
