Terrible communication and service. I had to chase up my blind order for weeks with barely a response, only to be told by text that they can’t fulfill my order. They couldn’t even call to tell me.
Still waiting on my last plantation shutter, as it was made wrong twice. The 5 shutters installers are great, but I have been waiting since May this year for my last shutter. I have been very patient but I think I am getting the run around…
Obsessed with my s-fold curtains! They look so perfect and the whole process was really easy and professional from start to finish! Paul was so helpful and friendly! So happy with the outcome! Highly recommend!

Word of advice, Stay away from this company. I was initially charged a reasonable amount for the first 5 shutters and then they decided to hit me up with a much dearer price on the last 5 shutters. I have chosen to go elsewhere due to their arrogance and lack of professionalism. Just a heads up this company will get the order wrong at least 2 times then they might get it right the 3rd time. I initially placed the order in August and didn’t get the correct shutter till May the next year. Stay away!
