We had plantation shutters installed. Quality was average, but two of them broke within a couple of weeks. I have been chasing these guys for almost a year trying to get them fixed. Every time I call I get told another week / next month etc. I feel completely powerless. My repeated requests to speak to a manager have been ignored. Maybe they’ll call me back now? We went with this company because they were the cheapest. Please don’t make the same mistake as us.
I would highly recommend Australia window covering they were excellent to deal with the sales person was great and patient when I was deciding what colour or blind to use. The quote was a great price compared to my other quotes. And the guys that came out to install my blinds and Planatation blinds did an amazing job installing both lots of blinds I just couldn’t fault them. Great job guys!
