I recently purchased Will and EPOA Kits for my housebound elderly Father. I helped him complete and arranged for him to attend to a JP with his Carer. Despite the EPOA having reference to QLD in the Form footer, it was refused by the JP as not being legal. This is very frustrating to take money from a Pensioner & the Form then deemed useless. Shame on your company.
