Ordered on line and everything went well. Requested delivery Friday but contacted me to delivery early . Always in contact . Haven’t checked quality of wood but delivery excellent . And placed in driveway where wife asked .
Cheap prices. Quality is sub-standard. Chippy ended up pulling the frame out because the wood warped and started to split after a day being secured. Would recommended inspecting the timber before it’s delivered. It’s cost me close to an extra $1000 in timber and a whole lot of scrap timber that can’t be used. I’d recommend confirming structural strength in writing before purchasing timber for frames etc. ATP did give a partial refund of $300. (Less than half)
Cheapest prices but comes at the worst quality timber. Impossible to work with unless you are making bow and arrows. Carpenters won’t touch it. I should have know as soon as I removed the plastic strapping that it was under so much pressure it ‘twanged’ as the ends shot out. Wasted $800. No choice but to go else where and buy quality timber to finish the job.
Wow, wow, wow. Now that's what I call customer service 10/10. I was pleasantly greeted and assisted. Left there with the right items at the right price. I'll be heading back there for future home timber projects. Thank you PJ.
