Had an appointment booked for laser tattoo removal 9am Monday. Travelled over 3h for the appointment, stayed the night prior, took a day off work, organised babysitters etc.. for them to cancel 8:30am due to illness.
I had a skin spot removed on my hand, stitched up and within 2 days my wound became infected. From the start the stitched area did not look right as a portion was left open. I visited the practice 1 week after the initial surgery to show them the infection and partially stitched area. Nothing was done, other than redressing. The nurse even commented on the stiches not looking right and confirmed my wound wasn't healing well. I again requested another consultation 3 days later complaining of pain, swelling and burning. Had to have a growth removed from face area by Dr Ian Holden and cannot praise Ian and his wonderful staff enough for their professional and friendly treatment I have received. All staff nurses and admin are very friendly and helpful at all times. Also wonderful aftercare. ⭐️😀 Highly recommend Australian Skin Face Body Ballarat.
