Have had regular skin checks at ASCC Hallam and have been really impressed with the excellent service from both medical and reception staff. This is why I have highly recommended this clinic to all my friends.
When I was in the waiting room, a patient was unhappy because they had been waiting 2hrs. I was called in and went through the assessment but whilst there, the staff were discussing that patient's complaint about the wait time. "If she wants to leave and die, that's her business." You don't go back after hearing that! My treatment was ok but seriously expensive. In response to their reply, notably weeks after I posted. I most certainly was there, as a patient. Let's add poor patient record keeping to the negatives.
Extremely helpful office staff and always happy with the doctor checking for skin cancers. When there is something irregular found it is dealt with swiftly and competently. Happy to recommend Hallam clinic to anyone. They also send reminders for my next appointment. All good.
