We had massive issues with installation and less than 3 yrs later they have fallen down, when the tech came out to have a look he said " they should have never been installed like that and also that we don't use those products any more due to being faulty. After emails chasing what was going to happen and getting nothing back to confirm anything I after 2 months eventually had to go to Fair Trading. The response they gave Fair Trading was that the Labour was only covered under warranty for 12mths (website states 10yr warrant... read more
