Just really bad customer service. For a company offering a service, their customer service is just really abysmal. I understand there are factors such as stock delay etc beyond their control. But you would think once they became aware of such issues they'd be in touch with their customers with outstanding orders. I had shutters installed in the rest of my house today, I could not be happier. Originally only the front of my house had shutters, installed about 2 years ago by APS. From first contact, measure and quote then installation I can't say anything other than APS is a very professional company who take pride in their work. We don't recommend this company. October last year we ordered 3 very large blinds that join together, paid for them in full up front. They came to install and the middle one didn't fit, came back again after adjustments and still didn't fit. Nobody contacted us to say there was still a problem, we contacted them, told they would call us back, they didn't and then they closed for xmas.
