I had shutters installed in the rest of my house today, I could not be happier. Originally only the front of my house had shutters, installed about 2 years ago by APS. From first contact, measure and quote then installation I can't say anything other than APS is a very professional company who take pride in their work. We don't recommend this company. October last year we ordered 3 very large blinds that join together, paid for them in full up front. They came to install and the middle one didn't fit, came back again after adjustments and still didn't fit. Nobody contacted us to say there was still a problem, we contacted them, told they would call us back, they didn't and then they closed for xmas. We called them back in the new year, to be told they will come and remeasure, then they came and installed. We had no call to say, all done so... read more
Australian Plantation Shutters have been amazing both with their support and excellent quality of work. It's been two years since I installed my shutters (33 of them) and all the shutters look and feel the same as they did from day one. No change in colour or workmanship. The blade design used in their aluminum shutters keep the heat out even in direct 33-degree sunlight.
