Customer service on the phone is always helpful. They are music teachers too so they know how it is and can empathize a lot with us. We had very good experiences this term with examiners Cecilia and Sandi. Their kindness really stood out and helped us to be at ease. Their comments for our little ones were so encouraging. Reception at the Joan were very helpful with giving us an eraser before the exam and going that extra mile after the exam so we could take photos with one of our little ones.
