They are very knowledgeable and explained the treatments very well.

Overall, this company is a bad experience. This is my second laser clinic in two years of treatment. Over 15+ treatments and service is really inconsistent it really depends on the professional you meet First, I’d like to start with Bianca, who had an absolutely poor attitude over the phone. Came to this LCA Westfield today and had a terrible terrible experience with Bianca. She is extremely rude and impatient. She shouldn’t be in service industry with an attitude like this .
I had 10 sessions of laser hair removal on my back and a few other areas, and 11 sessions on my neck at this clinic. I attended all my appointments exactly at the scheduled times. Unfortunately, I saw no noticeable results. During my consultation, I was told I would need around 8–12 sessions, but that turned out not to be accurate.
