Worst experience x 2, swear almost all the staff there are pretty great and treated customers with utmost respect and dignity especially when it comes to laser service in sensitive area. Never knew this staff’s name before but somehow the universe lets me find out her name eventho she’s not wearing her name tag TWICE that I had the treatment with her.
