DON'T ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY SERVICE. THEY BANKRUPT AND RUN AWAY. I engaged Eddy from Australia Landmark for the preparation of sponsorship, nomination, and visa application (s/c 482). Eddy agreed in our contract to refund the full service fee if the visa was rejected. Unfortunately, my visa was rejected, and I have been chasing him for over two months for my refund. I regret trusting this company. I applied through Tribunal and get my money back and notified they bankrupt there is no more company.
I wasted my time half year waiting for them to lodge my visa but it was not lodged. Later on someone sent me an email informed that they needed to shut down the business because Eddy was in severe illness. The worst part is they took all service and visa fee but did not refund. I had tried to contact them but as if no one is in this world anymore.
This is the worst experience with migration lawyer. Since last year, I have had Eddy from Australia landmark migration solutions to apply appeal to AAT after 482 Visa refuse. Then my case was cancelled due to Eddy didn’t forward request of evidence support that AAT request. Additional i have charged $4300 for preparation of visa application. Which i got not things success. And i have to redo the whole process on my own.
